Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Gašper Potočnik s.p. For any question about your data, write to gasper.potocnikpg@gmail.com.
Registered address: Polhov Gradec 134, 1355 Polhov Gradec
What we collect
- Booking an intro call. On the booking page you enter your full name, your work email and, if you like, your phone and company. We receive these when you click “Continue”, even if you then don't book a time. When you book through Calendly, you also enter any answers in their form. We use the details for the call and to agree on a next step.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and address so we can reply. Our email runs on Gmail.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without following individual visitors. We can't see who you are.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, briefly processes technical data such as your IP address, to keep the site running and safe.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The booking calendar loads only when you click “Continue” on the booking page. Calendly's form then loads and may set the cookies it needs for the booking. If you don't click “Continue”, nothing connects to Calendly.
Legal basis and retention
We process booking and email data because you asked us to, and to prepare a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Statistics and technical logs rest on our legitimate interest in a safe, working site (Article 6(1)(f)). We keep the booking form details for at most two years after our last contact if we don't end up working together. We keep other data as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, or as long as the law requires.
Who processes data for us
Calendly LLC (bookings), Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and statistics) and Google (email and storing requests). They are based in the USA and transfer data from the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Their privacy policies have the details.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing or take it with you, and you can object to its processing. Write to gasper.potocnikpg@gmail.com and we reply within one month.
If you think we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
